Terms, refunds & cancellation

These terms cover estimates, projects, hosting, and change requests from Honest Webbing, LLC. Your written estimate is the agreement for your project. If it says something different from this page, the estimate wins.

Estimates

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Each one is based on the scope it describes and is good for 30 days.
Work is booked in the order it's approved, and you'll know your start date before you pay anything.

Prices

New websites and add-ons are fixed prices for the scope in your estimate. The price is the price; if it takes longer, that's on us. Each phase includes one round of your feedback.
Repairs, extra feedback rounds, and changes after launch are estimated first and billed for the time they take, never more than the estimate without your OK.
Anything outside the agreed scope gets its own price before work starts, and you can say no.

Payment

Your estimate sets the payment schedule (for example, a deposit to start and the balance at launch). Invoices are due on receipt unless the estimate or invoice says otherwise.
Work may pause on balances that are more than 14 days overdue.
Some costs are other companies' charges, not our fees: your domain, hosting you arrange yourself, payment processing fees, and any service an add-on uses (booking, maps, and the like).

What you provide

The text, photos, logos, and other materials you give us are yours to use, and you're responsible for having the right to use them.
Timelines start once we have your content and access to your domain. Waiting on materials is never billed, but it does move the finish date.

Who owns what

Once your project is paid in full, you own the website code and content made for you, and your domain.
We keep the right to reuse general know-how and non-client-specific building blocks. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Hosting

Managed hosting is billed monthly with no contract. Cancel any time and it ends at the close of the month you've paid for. We'll hand over the site and the keys.
What the plan covers and doesn't is listed on the main page. We watch for outages and fix what breaks, but no host can promise a site is never down; outages at our hosting provider or other services are outside our control.

Refunds & cancellation

Cancel before work starts: your deposit is refunded in full.
Cancel during a project: you pay for the items finished so far, at their listed prices, and you keep everything built to that point. Anything you've paid beyond that is refunded.
If something we delivered doesn't do what your estimate said it would, we'll fix it at no charge. Tell us within 30 days of launch.
The $100 diagnostic isn't refundable once the written report is delivered.
For an AI-built site: the $750 before-you-launch check isn't refundable once the written findings are delivered, and an unstick session isn't refundable once the hour has been worked.
Hosting: cancel any time; there are no refunds for part of a month already paid.
Fees paid to other companies (domains, payment processing, third-party services) follow their own refund rules.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee search rankings, sales, or other business results; nobody honest can.
Outside what's written in your estimate, the work is provided as is. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work involved.

The fine print

These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, and any dispute is handled in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
