Honest Webbing, LLC ("Honest Webbing", "we" or "us") builds and looks after websites for small businesses. This page says what information this site collects, why, and who else touches it. Short version: only what you send us, plus anonymous visit counts. Nothing is sold, and there are no ad trackers.
What we collect
- What you type into the estimate or change-request forms: your name, email, phone, business name, your website and sites you like, what you need, and any details you add.
- What you send us directly by email or text.
- Anonymous visit statistics from our hosting provider's analytics: pages viewed, where visitors came from, rough location (country), device and browser type, and taps on buttons such as Call or Get my estimate. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
- Page-speed measurements from the same provider, which record how fast pages load, not who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to you, write your estimate, do the work you approve, and send invoices.
- To see which pages and buttons work, so the site gets better.
- That's it. No marketing lists, no selling or renting your information, no advertising trackers.
Who else handles it
- A few services do the hosting and sending, and handle your information only to do that job:
- Our hosting provider runs this site and its analytics.
- An email delivery service sends the form emails to our inbox, which is with an email provider.
- Once online payments are on, a payment processor handles them. Card and bank details go to the processor, and we never see full card numbers.
- We'd only share anything else if the law required it.
How long we keep it
- Messages and project records are kept as long as they're useful for your project and for normal business and tax records. Ask us to delete your information any time, and we will, except what we're required to keep for taxes.
Your choices
- To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, contact [email protected] or (918) 401-0570.
- This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Sites we build for you
- When we build or host a website for your business, the information your customers submit through it belongs to you. We handle it only to run and fix that site.
Changes
- If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
